Essential Functions:
The LMS Specialist will focus heavily on system launch, administration, documentation, and coordination across multiple sites:
System Ownership & Launch Management (POKA)
• Manage the successful launch and implementation of our new Learning Management System, POKA, including configuration, testing, and rollout across all manufacturing sites.
• Take full ownership of the POKA system administration, ensuring system integrity, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Utilize the LMS for tracking and reporting employee participation and training metrics to demonstrate the impact of training initiatives on performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training development and LMS technologies.
Content, Documentation, and SOPs
• Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation related to the administration and user experience of POKA.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and various departments to create relevant training materials and resources for POKA and other training programs.
• Oversee the creation of engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, ensuring accessibility.
Training Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and materials preparation.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for system administrators and end-users on the POKA platform.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by providing orientation and system training sessions.
Collaborate with departments across the multi-site company to assess training needs and tailor programs to meet those needs effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination or training development, with a focus on Learning Management Systems.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting, including experience with LMS administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate records of training activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Preferred:
• Certification in training or instructional design.
• Experience in a corporate training environment, particularly within a manufacturing or multi-site organization.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and multimedia training tools

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for troubleshooting and facilitating repairs on electronic/electrical equipment or machinery for use in manufacturing. May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to

PRIMARY PURPOSE
▪ Troubleshoots and performs breakdown, preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment, processes, facilities and buildings. Position requires aptitude in all major maintenance disciplines including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo and electronic systems. Job performance must be in line with all company safety policies.
