Job Summary
As our Purchasing Agent – Resins, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and working closely with the VP of Supply Chain, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, monitor inventory, and coordinate material availability to support production across multiple manufacturing locations.
This position requires someone who is proactive, analytical, and enjoys solving problems.
You’ll be expected to build strong supplier partnerships, anticipate market changes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing to keep materials flowing and production on schedule.
Essential Functions
•Source and procure raw materials, including resins, additives, colorants, and packaging materials.
•Manage inbound bulk resin shipments by truckload and rail, coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers while communicating material availability to Production.
•Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand.
•Evaluate supplier performance through supplier scorecards and develop long-term strategic supplier relationships.
•Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules while preparing cost analysis summaries for price changes.
•Monitor resin market trends and anticipate their impact on material availability, pricing, and procurement strategy.
•Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality, service, or production continuity.
•Develop sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Warehousing to resolve supply issues and support operational objectives.
•Support inventory accuracy and participate in investigations related to inventory discrepancies when needed.
•Perform additional purchasing and supply chain duties as assigned.

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of three (3) years of purchasing experience, preferably within plastics manufacturing, chemical distribution, resin purchasing, or a related manufacturing environment.

An ERP SCM Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's IFS systems as they relate to Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Finance. They help integrate various business processes, ensuring that the IFS software meets the specific needs of the organization while continuing to deploy new functionality.
Essential Functions:
•Needs Assessment: Analyze the business needs of the organization to determine the appropriate IFS solutions.

Job Summary -
The Production Supervisor is charged with overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They plan and organize production schedules to meet targets and customer demands, monitor processes for efficiency, and ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and corrective actions. The supervisor leads and guides production workers, enforces safety protocols and training, coordinates equipment maintenance, and identifies opportunities for process improvements. They maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Essential Functions -
Follow-up implementation of company standards for products and processes during shift responsibilities.
Be on the shift 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to meet with the outgoing supervisor and meet and brief the incoming supervisor for a smooth transition and effective hand off between shifts.
Provide timely and accurate reports on production metrics, issues, and improvements to management.
Supervise the entire production operation, shifts, lines and other related functions.
Supervise the training of production line employees and spend time with new trainees.
Responsible for managing the scheduling of hourly production personnel.
Review Data in IFS Quick Reports and other production related documentation.
Assist in maintaining the standard in the timing of Resin Blends and line changes and operating procedures.
Guarantee all byproducts are correctly recorded in the IFS system prior to transporting them to the reprocessing department.
Validate/enforce safe operation, complying with corporate accident prevention program, and following safe work practices.
Conduct initial workplace accident investigations and report all injuries on the shift.
Assist with required safety meetings with shift employees.
Make sure that all equipment is maintained and operated according to GMP practices.
Collaborate with Cooperate with maintenance department in required maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Complete and maintain all company standard process & compliance records.
Confirm that quality products are consistently provided and coordinate with the transportation department to ensure On Time delivery of products.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
▪ Troubleshoots and performs breakdown, preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment, processes, facilities and buildings. Position requires aptitude in all major maintenance disciplines including mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo and electronic systems. Job performance must be in line with all company safety policies.
