More than half my life has been dedicated to building All American Poly from simple beginnings with relationships at heart and excellence in mind.  My work and vision has been to expand our company through the decades, increasing opportunity with incredible service, the best quality, and everlasting partnerships.  The motivation, my people, and to earn industry status as the national choice for polyethylene products. We are proudly rising, and with much credit to our amazing sales force, leadership, and with great honor, the Klein family.

Hi, I am Warren with responsibility for the overall direction and performance of Operations, Technical, HR and IT. My focus is to develop talent and infrastructure to achieve operational excellence to effectively serve our customer base and foster organic growth.

My role gives me the opportunity to impact the company through organizational development, business strategy, and supply chain initiatives. My current focus is to continue the implementation of strategic supply chain practices in customer service, planning, procurement, and logistics, which ultimately allows me to provide leadership and direction that accelerates overall growth.

We may make poly, but we are in the business of people. All American Poly has greatly impacted my life, and it is my goal to do the same for others, using my passion to build partnerships on the foundation of trust. Through promise of high quality customer service I enjoy creating a personalized sales experience for every client, always rooted in the end goal to help them grow their business.

My name is Donna, and I have had the pleasure of working with AAP for the last 27 years. I am in charge of making sure the production planning for all 3 of our manufacturing facilities runs seamlessly. Everyday, I work find better ways to to run our lines productively and efficiently while both maintaining and expediting on time deliveries to our valued customers.

I believe finance and collections is an art, not a science. I also endorse the quote ‘Don’t buy things you can’t afford, with money you don’t have, to impress people you don’t like’

I am responsible for our R&D and quality processes. To date, I have close to 20 years experience in the polymer industry that I apply consistently to our new and existing product innovation. I believe in our PolyPeople who can provide best quality and performance of AAP film packaging products”.

Hi I’m Paul, and my main goal is to continually support and develop a customer service team that will deliver world-class service to All American Poly’s customer base. In addition to coaching and developing a talented staff, my greatest focus is to drive ongoing process improvement.
